Your own guess; a professional determines the actual category.

Which inputs are published, and which are our assumptions?
Commercial Save The Day Restoration lists $1,500–$5,000 for one minor clean-water room across Los Angeles and Orange counties and a $500–$1,500 initial minimum. HomeAdvisor lists national $3–$4 clean, $4–$6.50 gray and $7–$7.50 high-contamination restoration rates per square foot. Neither is a Westminster bid.
How does the browser planning tool work?
Begin with an already-known affected floor area from 10 to 5,000 square feet. Available provisional per-foot bands in this model are clean [3,4], gray [4,6.5], high [7,7.5] and, where the category has not been assessed, unknown [3,7.5]. The lower base is max(area × low, $500); upper base max(area × high, $1,500). The minimum floors, unknown band and rounding method are our derived model, not a calculation published for this address.
Which optional repairs enter the total?
HomeAdvisor's table lists ceiling $450–$1,600 and drywall $300–$850. Save The Day separates carpet removal $2–$4 from installed carpet $4–$12, and hardwood removal $4–$8 from installation $8–$20 or more per square foot. We add those components to model carpet $6–$16 and hardwood $12–$28 or more. Selected areas may not overlap or together exceed the floor area. Add optional amounts before rounding the final lower end down and upper end up to $100; retain “or more” at the wood upper end.
Why not use the output as a quote?
The tool does not identify a drain, door opening or wet substrate and cannot know insurer payment. It runs without a form or network submission. Ask an independent provider for a written scope specific to the assessed property.
