How can a homeowner contact the publisher?
Calls go to voicemail, not a live provider. Messages are recorded and transcribed after the greeting. You can email us instead.
Free for homeowners. We may be paid for qualifying referral calls.
Write to contact@waterdamagewestminster.net instead if a recorded message is not preferred. There is no contact form or instant transfer to a contractor.
What is useful to include?
State a listed postal code and what was already observed without crossing into the affected space. A way to respond may be included, but no appointment is created by sending a message. The provider, not this publisher, would make any subsequent work decision.
Stay away from the affected area, do not touch electrical switches, outlets or appliances near water, and call a professional. If anyone is in danger, leave the area and call 911.
What becomes of a message?
RingRobin and Twilio process calls. Notifications for calls and a separate notice when a voicemail is left may reach the operator's Gmail collection inbox; Namecheap routes direct email there. The privacy details describe possible audio, transcript and mail records.
