Is the original water route addressed?
Ask who would resolve a clogged laundry outlet, sink fitting or door opening, and whether that task sits inside or outside the restoration bid. The proposal should state uncertainties rather than silently pricing a guessed cause.
Which material charges should be separated?
Request clear positions for observation, removal, drying, disposal, replacement and finishing where applicable. HomeAdvisor gives national restoration and material examples, while Save The Day separately lists regional removal and installation components. Ask if two similar lines refer to distinct work. The planning calculator cannot answer that contractual question.
How is a provider checked?
California's CSLB license search is available to the homeowner. Check appropriate insurance with the potential provider as well; this publisher has not authenticated any contractor.
Calls go to voicemail, not a live provider. Messages are recorded and transcribed after the greeting. You can email us instead.
Free for homeowners. We may be paid for qualifying referral calls.
